Terms of use

The rules for using Yebo, in plain language.

Last updated 11 August 2026

These are the principles that govern using Yebo. They are a summary written for clarity, not a substitute for a signed agreement — if you need the formal terms for a contract or dispute, ask us.

What Yebo is

Yebo is a platform where people advertise property in Uganda. We do not own, sell, let or manage any property listed here. Any agreement is between you and the other party.

Using the platform

  • Give accurate information in your account and your listings
  • Only advertise property you own or are authorised to advertise
  • One listing per property
  • Do not post anything false, misleading, offensive or unlawful
  • Do not scrape the site, or reuse another person's photos or text

What we may do

We review every listing and may reject or remove one. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules or puts other users at risk. Where we can, we tell you why.

Liability

We work to keep listings genuine, but we cannot guarantee any listing, person or transaction. Verify independently before you commit money — see Never pay before viewing.
