Changing your name
Update your name — and what that means if you are verified.

How to change it
Open My Profile from the account menu, edit your first or last name, and save.
If you are a verified seller
Your name must match your National ID — see Why the name on your ID must match. If you change your name to something different from your ID, we may ask you to verify again before your listings stay live.
The right order is:
- Update your name so that it matches your ID exactly.
- Then submit or resubmit identity verification.
Business or agency names
There is a separate Company field on your profile for a business name. Put your agency name there and keep the name fields as your own legal name — that is what we verify against.
