Changing your phone number
Update the number listers and buyers use to reach you.

Your phone number is optional, but listers can call you on it and it prefills your enquiries.
How to change it
- Open the account menu and select My Profile.
- Edit the phone number field.
- Save.
Format
Use a Ugandan mobile number in the form +256 7XX XXX XXX. International numbers are accepted too. If the form rejects your number, check for spaces or a leading 0 — for example, use +256700000000 rather than 0700000000.
Where your number appears
- On your listings, so interested buyers can call you
- Prefilled into enquiries you send, so listers can reply by phone
If you would rather not be called, leave the field empty. You will still receive enquiries and notifications in the app.
