Why is my listing still pending?
The two things that must both be true before a listing goes live.

A listing that shows as In review has not been rejected. It is waiting on one of these two things:
1. A reviewer has not looked at it yet
We aim to review within one working day — see How long review takes.
2. Your identity is not verified
This is the one people miss. A listing cannot go live while the lister is unverified, even if the listing itself is perfect. If Identity Verification in your account menu does not say verified, start there — see Documents we accept.
Money is never the reason: publishing is free, and an unpaid boost does not hold a listing back.
Checking where you stand
Open My Listings. Any notice shown against the listing tells you which of the two is outstanding.
Still stuck
If both are in order and it has been more than one working day, contact us with the listing reference and we will look at it directly.
