How long review takes
Our target turnaround for listing review, and what can slow it down.

We aim to review new listings within one working day. Most are looked at sooner.
What can slow a review down
- Your identity is not verified yet. A listing cannot go live until it is, so we usually hold the review until verification completes — start it at Identity Verification.
- Photos that do not clearly show the property, so we have to look more closely
- Missing details, such as no floor area on a land listing
- A high volume of submissions at month end
How to check the status
Open My Listings from the account menu. Each listing shows one of:
- In review — with us now
- Live — approved and visible in search
- Rejected — not approved, with the reason shown
You also get a notification in the app when the decision is made. If it has been longer than a working day, contact us with the listing reference.
