Marking a property as sold or rented
Close off a listing when the property is taken.

When your property is taken, update the listing rather than deleting it. Sold and rented listings still appear under "recently sold" and "recently rented", which helps buyers judge the market.
How to do it
- Edit the listing from My Listings.
- Change the status to Sold or Rented.
- Save.
The listing stops appearing in normal search results straight away.
Taking it off the market temporarily
If the property is not available for now but you expect it back, set the status to Inactive instead. Inactive listings are hidden from everyone but stay in your account, ready to make live again.
