Why listings are reviewed before they appear

Every listing on Yebo is reviewed before it appears in search results. It is the main thing that keeps fake and misleading adverts off the platform.

What we check

• The property appears to be real and available
• The photos match what the description claims
• The price, location and property type are plausible and clearly stated
• The listing does not duplicate another live listing
• The lister's identity has been verified

What this means for you

Immediately after you submit, your listing shows as In review under My Listings. It is not visible to buyers or renters yet, and it will not appear in search or on the home page.

Anyone you send the direct link to can still open the listing page — approval controls whether it is discoverable, not whether the page exists.

Automated checks

We also run automated checks that compare your photos against your description and look for images reused from other listings. These only flag a listing for a person to look at. A human always makes the final decision.
