Contacting the person who posted a listing
How to ask about a specific property — and why Yebo cannot answer property questions for you.

Yebo is a listings platform. We do not own, sell or rent out the properties on the site, so we cannot answer questions about a specific property, arrange viewings or negotiate on your behalf.
Send an enquiry
- Open the listing you are interested in.
- Sign in, then fill in the enquiry form in the Contact Property Owner panel.
- Your name, email and phone are prefilled from your account and can be edited.
The lister receives your message with your contact details and replies to you directly. You can see everything you have sent under Enquiries in your account menu.
If a phone number is shown
Some listers publish a phone number. Select Call Owner on the listing to use it.
Before you pay anything
Read Never pay before viewing. If a listing or a person looks suspicious, report it.
