Searching for a property
Use the search bar and filters to narrow results by city, price, type, bedrooms and more.

You can browse every approved listing without an account.
Start a search
From the home page, type a neighbourhood, address or keyword into the search bar, then pick a city and a price range from the dropdowns and select Search Properties.
Narrow your results
On the results page, select Filters to refine by:
- City or location
- Category (Residential, Commercial, Land, Other) and then a specific property type
- Price range in UGX
- Minimum bedrooms and bathrooms
- Availability — currently available, recently sold, or recently rented
You can also sort by newest, price low to high, price high to low, or most popular.
Buy and rent
Use Buy or Rent in the top bar to search sale or rental listings only. Hovering either one lists the property types, so you can jump straight to, for example, apartments to rent.
