Posting a property on Yebo is free, and so is searching, saving and enquiring. You only pay if you choose to promote a listing.

- The verified seller badge — free once your identity check passes
There is no charge to create an account, no commission on a sale or a let, and no charge to have a listing reviewed.
Optional paid promotion

The price you see is the price you pay. There is no booking fee, no processing surcharge and nothing added at checkout — if the page says 15,000 your wallet is debited exactly 15,000, and Yebo absorbs the transaction cost.
What buyers and renters pay
Nothing, ever. If anyone asks you to pay Yebo to view, reserve or unlock a property, it is a scam — report it.
