How to get your property listed
Create your account
Register as a property owner or an agent. It takes a minute, needs no card, and costs nothing.
Verify your identity
Send us your ID once. Verification is what lets your listings go public, and it earns you a verified badge that buyers and tenants look for.
Add your property
Fill in the listing form and submit. Your listing goes straight into the review queue — no payment step at all — and approved listings usually appear the same day.
We will introduce paid options later, once there is a marketplace worth promoting into — and we will say so clearly before anything costs money. Either way, KuAddress never handles rent, deposits or the money between a buyer and a seller: you arrange that directly, exactly as you would without us. More in the help centre.
